Happy December from cold Montreal!
I’m writing this in my fuzzy pajamas mind blown that it’s already December, aka, time to get ready for the new year.
Personally, I start getting ready for the new year in November because December is always busy with holiday stuff. Here’s what I’ve been doing to get ready for next year, and also, to help you start the year right.
I took my first vacation of the year
Yes, in November. I headed to Spain for a quick 10-day trip and dared myself not to do too much work on the road. I visited Valencia, a vibrant coastal city that has a bit of everything: historic architecture, good food and wine, futuristic landmarks, and a lively cultural scene. I then headed to Ibiza, famous for being a party spot, only it was a total ghost town because it was off-season. I’ll blog about it soon - in the meantime, head to my Instagram to see pictures.
I now feel more relaxed and clear-headed; I hope you all got to take a short break recently.
I’m getting certified as a Travel Coach
I joined the only Travel Coaching program recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) so I can continue to empower, educate and you in your travels.

I’m hosting a year-end journaling night
We hosted an in-person networking event and journaling night over at My Creative Break in Montreal this week, and it was a great success!
We’re bringing this event online on Sunday, December 3 at 11am EST and I’d love to see some of you there.
You'll meet other amazing people from around the world and we'll end off by doing some journaling exercises to end this year right and start the next year on a good note. Laughter and positive feelings guaranteed!
